Giftzie is provided and managed by YrTech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12027843. These terms are a working first-pass adaptation and should be reviewed before publication.

Use of the service

Giftzie helps party hosts create party details, invitations and RSVP flows. You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter is accurate, appropriate and lawful.

You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading activity, or to upload content that infringes the rights of another person.

Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

You should notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access or any other security concern.

Invitation and party content

You remain responsible for party information, guest details, messages, dietary notes and any other content entered into Giftzie. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content and to invite guests using the details supplied.

By entering content into the service, you give us permission to process, display and transmit that content as required to provide the Giftzie service.

Intellectual property

The service, its design, features and functionality are owned by YrTech Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse the service or branding without permission.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service where necessary for maintenance, security, product development or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YrTech Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
